The location was perfect for easy access to public transport, with the MRT station just a short walk away. Despite being off the beaten path, there were plenty of food stalls and a 7-11 nearby for convenience. the room had modern amenities and was clean and comfortable.
The communication with the staff could have been better and more welcoming.

Great location, close to public transportation and plenty of food options. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Room lacked basic amenities, such as a coffee maker and a place to put toiletries in the shower. the staff could be more knowledgeable about hotel policies and could have provided better communication regarding invoicing.

Great location just minutes away from the metro stop and easy access to public transportation. The room was kept clean with fresh towels every day. A really nice touch was the complimentary bottles of water, which came in handy during my city trip.
The air conditioner which was leaking water drops. , communication with the staff in English was a bit challenging.
